Dog excrement in the community area

I am writing to you in my capacity as President of the Community of Valls de Cala Domingos.

Hello neighbors,

The owners complain about the dogs. The dogs run freely through the community and meet their needs on the paths and in the pool area.

I would like to draw your attention to the decisions of the community in 2012 TOP 13:

Establish rules for owners with animals:

1. The animals from blocks 4 to 9 must be brought directly through the main entrance door into
  the apartment, the rest of the blocks use the main entrance door and the directly adjacent
    asphalt road.

 Animals in the rest of the Community continue to be prohibited.

2. If an animal has done its emergency in the area of the community,
then the owner has this to eliminate faeces immediately.

3.  If an animal barks, the owners must keep their animal in the house from 23:00 to 08:00 hours.

4. Owners with animals are asked to respect other owners.

The majority decides with a dissenting vote that if someone does not follow the rules and does not solve the problem, under the control of the president and taking into account the fact that all attempts by normal means fail, the matter will be referred to the lawyers of the community.

Therefore, I ask you to abide by the rules of the community, not to let your dog walk freely in the community area and to eliminate the dog’s emergency (excrement) immediately.
